1. Coaching Program Refund Policy
We offer personalized coaching services designed to support your growth and transformation. Due to the nature of these services, we have the following refund guidelines:
A. One-on-One Coaching Sessions
• Cancellation with at least 48 hours’ notice: You may reschedule your session or request a full refund.
• Cancellation within 48 hours: No refund will be issued, but you may reschedule your session once at no additional cost.
• No-shows: If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
B. Pre-Paid Coaching Packages & Programs
• Within 7 days of purchase: If you decide to cancel before your first session, you are eligible for a full refund minus any administrative fees.
• After the first session: A partial refund may be available, based on the number of sessions used.
• After 50% of the program is completed: No refunds will be issued, as space is reserved for your coaching journey.
2. Digital Products & Course Refunds
If we offer digital materials, such as workbooks, courses, or downloadable content:
• All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of instant access, we do not offer refunds on digital items.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Coaching sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice without penalty.
• If an emergency prevents you from attending a session, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate a rescheduling request.
